This series is all about establishing a healthy, regular yoga practice. Practicing yoga daily in the morning has so many benefits including:

After 10 days of stepping onto your yoga mat, a morning practice will become second nature - or at least a little easier!
The classes are active Vinyasa yoga woven with yoga philosophy and goal setting. Every Friday we’ll give your body a rest with a more relaxing yoga class, meditation or yoga nidra session.
Session Dates: Monday-Friday from 6:00a- 7:30a for 2 weeks.
