Intentional Movement is a blend of various dance and music genres. This class creates an environment that supports embracing the way that the individual body moves, developing flowing physical affirmations for bodies that are looking to find deeper expression within themselves, looking for an opportunity to be uninhibited, or simply want to enjoy dance in a safe and encouraging environment. We will use movement to show love and gratitude to the body for how it cares for and carries you through life. Sometimes sensual, sometimes spunky, always about giving thanks for the abilities we are graced with through movement. All levels of dance welcome.
